Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., driving professional services or transformation strategies) in the cloud or enterprise technology domain.
- Experience in Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies, services, and adoption frameworks.
- Experience with executive-level customer relationships (e.g., acting as an advisor or portfolio leader).
- Experience managing end-to-end commercial agreement pursuit and services agreement lifecycles (e.g., agreement qualification, agreement scoping, proposal development, contract negotiation).
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience developing holistic services strategies and repeatable solutions across a customer portfolio.
- Experience collaborating across large, internal organizations (Sales, professional services organization (PSO), Partners) with demonstrated thought leadership, business, and industry acumen.
- Ability to drive business outcomes and consumption acceleration through governance and execution oversight of signed engagements.

You will lead the development of Professional Services, Learning, and Technical Account Manager pitches, strategies, and engagements with our customers to help drive the successful adoption of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Cloud working alongside our Go-to-Market teams.

Responsibilities
- Define, own, and articulate the comprehensive services and transformation strategy for a specific customer portfolio, partnering directly with the corresponding sales leadership including Managing Directors (MDs) and Vice Presidents (VPs).
- Architect the end-to-end customer services journey, managing the entire services lifecycle from qualification through contracting and creating proposals, leveraging a value services approach to accelerate large-scale cloud adoption.
- Translate customer business goals into a defined services roadmap, scope the required professional services work, and orchestrate the engagement of the right delivery resources.
- Cultivate and maintain strong executive relationships across the customer portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader on Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Cloud's service offerings and transformation capabilities.
- Drive the successful execution and governance of signed professional services engagements to ensure timely project delivery, consumption acceleration, and achievement of expected business growth targets.
