Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our team and help ensure the reliability and quality of our mobile, web, and AI-driven applications.
In this role, you will be responsible for testing new features, identifying bugs, and validating system performance across multiple platforms. You will also play a key role in AI Quality Assurance, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of AI-generated outputs within our platform.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proactive in identifying issues, and passionate about improving product quality and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and QA strategies for mobile and web applications.
- Perform manual and regression testing across Android, iOS, and web platforms.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Validate AI-generated outputs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and appropriate responses.
- Conduct AI QA testing, including prompt validation, response evaluation, and edge-case testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Perform cross-device and cross-browser testing.
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with QA standards.
- Participate in release testing and product validation before deployments.
- Continuously suggest improvements to testing processes and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or QA Testing.
- Experience testing mobile (Android & iOS) and web applications.
- Experience with AI QA testing, including validating AI-generated outputs or AI-assisted features.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document issues clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Must have access to a MacBook (required for iOS testing environments).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing AI-powered applications, generative AI tools, or machine learning features.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering testing and AI output evaluation.
- Experience with automation testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development environments.
Working Hours
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Time (Full-Time)
