The job:
Reporting to the Senior Engineer, you'll:

• Monitor and verify including inspection of rejected resin from the metal separator at the end of each batch.
• Prepare Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) for every production batch.
• Perform daily verification of BMRs and conduct in-process quality checks at the production
• Inspect products at the start of production, during color changes, and verify compliance with quality specifications.
• Support new product validation and qualification activities by following approved procedures and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and segregate non-conforming products, ensuring traceability and proper handling.
• Conduct routine hygiene inspections within production and warehouse areas to maintain GMP and food safety compliance.
• Assist in sampling activities for microbiological and analytical testing.
• Escort pest control contractors during scheduled service activities.
• Perform incoming inspections for contact surface packaging items.
• Measure and record production sample dimensions in accordance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized working area including retention sample following 5S.
• Conduct leak and force tests to ensure product performance and

Hard-Skills:

• Graduate with Certificate or equivalent level in Engineering, Mechanical, Quality Control, Food Technology or other field relevant.
• Additional certification or training in quality control is a plus.
• 1/2 years experience : freshly graduate are welcome
• Knowledge of basic math and computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Knowledge of handling measuring tools will be an added value.
• Fluent in English
