Your profile:

  • Completed technical education, ideally with further formation in the field of technical engineering or machining
  • Profound expertise with main focus on tool holding and milling technology
  • Experience and success in technical sales as well as sales team coordination will be considered as a plus
  • Managerial responsibility
  • The ability to work independently, an entrepreneurial mindset and customer service orientation
  • Outgoing personality, good communication skills and a self-confident manner at the customer
  • Openness to high volume of travel
  • Fluent in English written and verbal

Your tasks:

Your main task will be to convince our customers of our technically advanced, consultation-intensive solutions and to serve our qualified high-end clients and distributors. Your role includes answering technical sales inquiries and providing technical customer support on the phone and through emails. In addition, you will conduct trainings or visits at customers’ sites. Participation in trade shows and exhibitions, as well as regular travel across the Netherlands, is a key part of your work. After a brief training period with support from one of your experienced colleagues in the Netherlands, you are responsible for your own independent sales territory with a high turnover potential. In this role, you will work in close cooperation with and report directly to the General Manager Netherlands.

Location: Home Office in Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina or Paraná

In this role, you will hold both strategic and operational responsibility for sales activities across the southern region of Brazil, including Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, and Paraná. Your primary responsibility will be to sell our complex, advice-intensive products and to serve our qualified high-end clients and distributors. Additionally, your duties will include answering technical sales inquiries, providing technical customer service on the phone and through emails and performing machine installations or trainings at customer’s site. Customer visits and representing our company at exhibitions require flexibility and readiness to travel throughout Brazil. After a short period of training with support by one of our experienced colleagues, you are responsible for your own independent territory with a high turnover potential.
