RECRUITER

POSITION SUMMARY: Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for a variety of roles, ensuring agility, quality in talent attraction, and adherence to the technical and behavioral profile expected by the company. Work in close collaboration with hiring managers and technical teams, providing a positive candidate experience and efficiency in closing vacancies.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from role briefing to final candidate approval;
  • Conduct job intake meetings with hiring managers and technical teams;
  • Prepare and publish job postings on appropriate channels, ensuring reach and assertiveness;
  • Perform CV screening, competency-based interviews, interviews in English, and technical assessment stages when applicable;
  • Validate candidates technically and behaviorally before moving them to final stages with managers;
  • Manage a high volume of vacancies simultaneously, focusing on SLA, quality, and candidate experience;
  • Maintain constant communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding process status;
  • Monitor and manage processes conducted by external recruitment agencies, ensuring profile adherence, deadlines, quality of deliverables, and alignment with company culture;
  • Provide structured feedback to approved and rejected candidates, safeguarding candidate experience and employer brand;
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate the offer letter in accordance with internal compensation and benefits policies;
  • Perform administrative activities related to recruitment: document collection and verification, ATS records, candidate file organization, medical exam requests, and interface with onboarding/admission;
  • Support the development of talent pools and proactive sourcing strategies (hunting);
  • Ensure proper registration of all stages in the ATS and organization of process evidence;
  • Interface with the onboarding/admission area to proceed after candidate approval.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Fluent English for conducting meetings and interviews;
  • Proven experience with high-volume recruitment for different profiles;
  • Strong knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques;
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment tools;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
