Act as a strategic partner within the Talent Acquisition team, being responsible for the end-to-end execution of recruitment processes, with a strong focus on attracting, engaging, and converting talents aligned with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s culture, core competencies, and long-term business goals.
This role will lead active talent sourcing and consultative recruitment processes, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure a smooth candidate experience, structured performance data, and insights that drive continuous improvement in the company’s recruitment strategy.

Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including active/passive sourcing, competency-based interviews, stakeholder alignment, offer preparation, and closing, across various levels of complexity and strategic profiles.- Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers and stakeholders, mapping technical and behavioral requirements, designing customized strategies for recruitment funnels, communication flows, service level agreements (SLAs), and candidate experience.
- Design and implement talent attraction and engagement initiatives, leveraging multiple channels and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, events, referrals, etc.), with a focus on efficient sourcing methods and employer branding efforts.
- Manage and analyze recruitment data, preparing KPI reports and dashboards for leadership meetings, identifying process bottlenecks, and suggesting data-driven improvements aligned with market benchmarks.
- Ensure operational excellence in recruitment systems and processes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the ATS and other Talent Acquisition controls, managing the vacancy pipeline, resource allocation, and referral programs.
- Collaborate with strategic areas such as Employer Branding, People Analytics, and Internal Communications, contributing to cross-functional projects, presentations, and initiatives related to candidate experience and brand positioning.
- Represent Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) at recruitment events and external initiatives, including career fairs, university partnerships, and talent community engagements, increasing the company's visibility in the talent ecosystem.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in end-to-end Recruitment & Selection, with a consultative approach and management of medium to high volumes of open positions.
- Experience in talent sourcing and headhunting for a variety of profiles (specialists, technical, and/or strategic), preferably within technology companies, consulting firms, or large corporations.
- Strong knowledge of competency-based interview techniques and behavioral assessment.
- Analytical skills with the ability to generate reports and provide strategic insights to support decision-making.
- Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, Excel (intermediate to advanced), and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Gupy, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on candidate experience and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) practices in recruitment.
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote per week.
