Job Description
Generic:
- Supports the development of global concepts and processes by bringing in regional expertise and requirements in the related field of expertise.
- Responsible for the regional implementation, communication and control of global concepts and processes and therefore for the effective penetration of related tools, standards and guidelines provided by Global Offices and Head of Reward.
- Fosters cross business stream / cross regional collaboration and best practice sharing to support continuous improvement and harmonization of processes, policies, tools and concepts.
- Communicates related (global) topics to the SF organization and all involved stakeholders to ensure knowledge transfer.
Experience & Further Qualifications
- Fluent in English (B2 Upper intermediate).
- Fluent in local language (B2 Upper intermediate).
- 3-5 years of experience as HR SME.
- At least 2 years of experience as Project Member.
- At least 2 years of experience working in/ with intercultural teams.
