Regional Facilities ManagerLocation: South Zone of São Paulo
Activities:
Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor thetraining and development of staff;
Leading teams across different countries across LATAM;
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establishwork schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff anddepartment deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed;
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.Conduct regular meetings regarding regional facilities performance;
Develop policies and procedures to ensure that contractspecifications are fulfilled;
Prepare presentations to obtain approval for projects;
Create strategic facility management objectives for clients.Generate capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports;
Inspect the facility periodically for quality assurance;
Ensure facility procedures comply with local, state, andfederal regulations;
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day andmoderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systemsand processes;
Job requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 7-9 years of relevantexperience;
Fluent English and Spanish;
Strong client relationship skills;
Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, anddifficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems;
Excellent leadershipskills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of thejob discipline and department;
Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitivemindset. Advanced math skills;
Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages,fractions, and other financial related calculations;
