DESCRIPTION

Amazon Transportation Services is looking for a Regional Operations Linehaul Manager to join our ATS Middle Mile Ground Brazil team. This is a senior, high-complexity position that requires experienced leadership to manage middle mile linehaul operations across a region.
In this role, you will lead and optimize linehaul operations at a regional level, ensuring operational excellence across the full middle mile transportation process. Unlike a single-carrier or station-focused role, this position is cross-functional and regional — you will work across all carriers and programs in your region, acting as the bridge between central strategy and local execution.
You will be part of a highly collaborative, dynamic, and innovative environment where ideas are valued and experimentation is encouraged. We are looking for professionals with a strong track record of operational excellence and customer focus, who thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and are ready to lead through complexity and constant change.
If you enjoy challenges and are ready to deliver results in an environment that combines the energy of a start-up with the scale of a global company, we want to meet you.
