We are aGlobal Geotechnical Engineering Company specializing in advanced soil stabilization and reinforcement solutions for large-scale infrastructure projects. Our solutions are proven, sustainable, and cost-effective, and have been successfully implemented in thousands of projects worldwide over several decades.

We are expanding our presence in Brazil, a strategic growth market, and are seeking a Regional Manager / Business Development Manager to strengthen and grow local activity. The role will join an existing local team in Brazil and work in close collaboration with established engineering, technical, and commercial colleagues already operating in the market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development and sales activities across north of Brazil, identifying and developing new opportunities and managing complex, long-cycle sales processes for large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities, and represent the company in commercial meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Support market expansion mainly in the railway sector and industrial or private projects, including taking ownership of additional segments as part of the growth strategy.
  • Maintain a strong field presence with frequent travel to project sites and customers, while working closely with headquarters and global teams.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between commercial, technical, and operational stakeholders, and provide ongoing market insights, competitive intelligence, and feedback to leadership.
  • Work closely with the existing Brazil-based team, complementing a strong local engineering presence by leading business development and sales activities while coordinating with technical and operational stakeholders.




Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Sales Experience: Proven track record in managing long-cycle projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Sector Expertise: Experience in Railways, Ports, or Airports.
  • Technical Background: Civil Engineering (preferred but secondary to sales drive).
  • Attributes: Collaborative, accountable, and comfortable with remote work/ownership.
  • Mobility: Availability for frequent travel and extensive field-based work.
