Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support regulatory compliance activities for Animal Nutrition products across Latin America, ensuring alignment with local regulations, internal standards, and customer requirements
- Prepare, maintain, and update regulatory documentation for product registration, renewal, and lifecycle management, under guidance from senior team members
- Assist with the preparation, submission, and follow‑up of regulatory dossiers with local health and regulatory authorities
- Conduct regulatory and safety reviews of ingredients, formulations, claims, and labels using established tools, processes, and internal guidance
- Support innovation projects and product launches by identifying regulatory requirements, risks, and documentation needs in collaboration with senior colleagues
- Monitor regulatory changes in assigned countries and escalate potential impacts or compliance risks to the broader regulatory team
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including regulatory statements, product information, and supporting scientific data
- Support regulatory project timelines and ensure accurate tracking of activities in regulatory systems and databases
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field (required); Master’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 1-3 years with a Master’s Degree
- Experience in Regulatory Affairs within the Animal Nutrition industry, ideally within the Latin American region
- Foundational knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks, product registration processes, and compliance management
- Experience supporting regulatory submissions, product registrations, and regulatory change management activities
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements with guidance from senior regulatory professionals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple regulatory activities simultaneously and with attention to detail
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills across cross‑functional teams
- Fluency in Portuguese, with working knowledge of Spanish and English
