Mundi Limos is a global luxury ground transportation company headquartered in Miami, with offices in Europe and South America. We provide professional transportation services to corporate travelers and international clients worldwide.
We are seeking an independent contractor to support our customer service and operations team at our Brazil office.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support to international clients in English
- Manage reservations, scheduling, and service updates
- Coordinate with chauffeurs, affiliates, and global offices
- Handle time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to issue invoices as an independent contractor (MEI equivalent)
- Availability to provide services on weekends and holidays, as required
Differentials
- Experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality, or international business
Service Details
- Estimated availability: 40–50 hours per week
- Compensation defined contractually and paid via invoice
- Services performed on-site at our Brazil office
