Job Summary:
The Responsible AI User Experience and Process Design Consultant will be instrumental in shaping strategic initiatives, designing processes, and advancing the user experience workstream within the Responsible AI program. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to promote the adoption of ethical AI practices and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
In Your Role You Will Be Expected To:
- Support strategic planning activities for the Responsible AI (RAI) program by helping define milestones, deliverables, and timelines across key initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of the end-to-end RAI process, including AI identification, use case creation, screening, assessment, risk mitigation, and monitoring.
- Partner with technology teams to help implement process design updates and platform enhancements.
- Gather and document design requirements, translating them into technical specifications for platform features and workflows.
- Assist in establishing a user experience program focused on measuring engagement, adoption, and process effectiveness.
- Conduct ad-hoc data reviews to identify process bottlenecks, evaluate design changes, and support continuous improvement.
- Help design and carry out testing and validation activities to ensure process reliability and effectiveness.
- Support the creation of frameworks for tracking success metrics, sharing insights, and informing decision-making.
- Promote ethical AI practices by contributing to internal frameworks and collaborating with business teams to support responsible AI deployment.

Must Have Skills:
- AI ethics, risk management, process design, user experience, change management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their ethical implications.
- Excellent project management and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience (Proven Experience):
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in AI ethics, risk management, process design, user experience, change management or a related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in establishing a user experience program.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in a relevant field.
You May Also Need:
- Experience with regulatory compliance in AI.
- Familiarity with AI risk assessment tools and methodologies.
Additional Information:
This role sits within Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s Global Responsible AI team, part of the Global Data & AI Practice. It involves opportunities to work on high-impact, pioneering projects at the intersection of technology, ethics, and governance. Travel may be required, varying between 0–100% based on business needs and client engagements.
