Job Summary:

The Retail Environment Manager is responsible for leading the 7P strategy & Omnidemand generation for Neighborhood & Independent Traditional Stores. It is desirable to have experience in Sales, Trade Marketing and/or Marketing. This position has great interaction with Consumer Marketing, Customer Development (Sales), Demand Planning, RCD, RGM, ISM, Division, E-Commerce team and Customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement 7Ps strategies for each category and activities plan for the Retail Environment

  • Ensure the execution of the Retail Marketing plans to achieve the Goals
  • Close interaction with different areas to ensure the best plan for the RE whereas keep eyes on the current activities to understand its performance in accordance with the strategy and goals.
  • Guarantee tracking of all Activities/Plans providing feedback of results at RE Meetings monthly;
  • Bring field insights to improve established plans from Retail Marketing;
  • Secure that all RE investments are supporting the strategy;
  • Track and Monitoring GTN;
  • Track and Monitoring implementation of 7P's and activities;
  • Close tracking of all KPIs regarding performance by Category/Plan/Region;


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor´s Degree
  • Experience in commercial or trade marketing or Marketing area.
  • Intermediate English
  • Experience in consumer goods companies
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with indirect trade is desirable
  • Experience in Business Planning and Execution
  • Investment management and trade marketing budget control
  • Research Analysis Tools (Nielsen / IMS / GFK / Kantar / Scanntech)
