We are looking for a Revenue Operations professional to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo or Belo Horizonte, or remotely in other regions, with experience in complex B2B environments, systemic thinking, and structured, business-oriented thinking.

REVENUE OPERATIONS

What we expect from this person:

  • Experience as Revenue Operations / Sales Operations in growth environments
  • Lead the architecture and evolution of HubSpot as the central revenue system.
  • Diagnose and act on funnel bottlenecks, focusing on increasing conversion rates.
  • Structure and improve pipeline, forecast, and revenue predictability.
  • Develop analyses to identify growth drivers (win rate, sales cycle, average ticket, churn, expansion).
  • Build and maintain dashboards for Revenue areas.
  • Create and improve automations and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce friction in the sales process.
  • Ensure CRM data governance and reliability.
  • Work closely with leadership, influencing decisions based on data.
  • Structure and document scalable processes (playbooks, SLAs, handoffs between teams).
  • Identify opportunities to unlock revenue through data, segmentation, prioritization, and operational efficiency.

Skills & Abilities

Hard Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot: pipelines, properties, workflows, scoring, segmentations, and integrations.
  • Knowledge of SaaS / Revenue metrics: CAC, LTV, churn, retention, expansion, win rate, sales cycle, pipeline coverage.
  • AI usage: proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate analysis, create automations, write scripts, and prototype solutions.
  • Advanced or fluent English.
  • Strong analytical skills with an action-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

  • SQL: ability to extract, cross-reference, and model data outside the CRM when necessary.
  • Basic Python for simple automations and API integrations.
  • Experience with ABM / scoring and multi-segment operations.
