About Our Risk Strategy Design Team We are the bridge between the needs of Local Consumer Risk, Compliance, Fraud and Operations teams for the entire Latin America region and the IT-GMF team (Local and International). We handle requirements together with the requestors and provide solutions, developing new functionalities in the Decision Engine Tools. The main purpose of the area is to implement business rules respecting global and local policies in an automated way in which the customer is promptly served.

• Understand business requirements and ensure to be in compliance with Governance Policies and Procedures before configuring in the decision engine tools
• Translate the Local Consumer Risk, Compliance, Fraud and Operations needs in solutions that could be configured in the Decision Engine Tool
• Contribute in design, document, maintain, monitor and optimize our codes and data tools
• Monitoring process to evaluate the Production System health focused on finding issues ensuring high quality implementation releases
• Identify opportunities and enhancements in the Decision Engine Tool
• Lead discussions about implementations in the Decision Engine Tool (Decision Module from FICO and Decision Designer from Neurotech)

Desired

• Advanced English Skills.
• Be passionate about coding (any language) in a daily basis
• Ability to write queries in SQL / SAS to solve complex problems in optimized way
• Ability to plan and organize workload to achieve desired priorities and objectives
• Experience in Implementations of Projects
Ability to work with Gen AI tools such as M365 Copilot or Github Copliot
