Join Kitchen Central as an Operations Runner!
Do you want to work in a dynamic environment? As an Operations Runner, you will ensure that delivery orders flow smoothly within our unit, handle administrative tasks, resolve issues, and provide first-class customer service.
About the Vacancy:
- Organize and transport food orders efficiently within our unit until collection by couriers
- Take care of administrative tasks, keep facilities clean, and be a problem “solver”.
- To be the bridge between Kitchen Central and our partners, restaurants, and drivers.
What You Will Do:
- Be the front line of our business!
- Pick up orders from the kitchens and take them to the central processing area.
- Provide exceptional service for internal staff, restaurant staff, and app delivery people.
Qualifications:
- Being able to lift up to 20 kg and climb stairs.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to solve problems independently.
- Good communication, both in person and online.
- Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service, food services, or as a driver of delivery apps is a differential.
