Title: Safety Engineer
Role Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Guarantee the adherence of Loss Prevention program (Colgate Standards and Brazilian Regulation)
- Lead PSM Program together with PSM Operational coordinator
- Lead the program for compliance with Brazilian Regulation (especially NR-01, NR-05, NR-10, NR-12, NR13, NR-33 and NR-35) and social security legislation (Safety information in e-social).
- Working closely with production and engineering areas to identify and eliminate critical risks, managing the follow up of action plan
- Follow up and support close Audits findings & other actions related to EHS;
- Support to keep Foundational Safety Expectations (FSEs) alive for all individuals involved
- Prepare data analytics & dashboards reports for EHS activities;
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Safety Engineering
- Knowledge of Fire System of Brazil Law, NFPA or UL and NR´s
- Solid experience working for Operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Good written and presentation skills in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in PSM Program
- Knowledge of project engineering ( equipment installation and CEB process)
- SAP and Gensuite
