Job description:
Our residential cleaning company in the United States is seeking a virtual assistant who is fluent in English to work remotely from their home in Brazil. The ideal candidate must also have strong sales skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English
- Generate sales leads and convert them into customers
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for our team of cleaners
- Update customer information in our database
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong sales experience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Access to a reliable internet connection and computer
- Work in a calm environment with good internet connection
- Computer requirements:
1. Internet connection at 200 mbps or higher;
2. Computer storage capacity of 500gb (minimum) and 4gb RAM (minimum);
3. Multi-task or Multi-screen available;
4. Microphone and Headphones;
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm (full-time) Eastern Time (US)
Our hiring contract is through Microempreendedor Individual (MEI) on a monthly renewal basis. Your MEI status must be in good standing and authorized to issue invoices.
Additional payment: over-time and weekends (when required)
