Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Elite Closer Role

Location: Remote (Latin America Only | Live Zoom Sales Floor)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation: $5.00 – $6.00 USD/hour + Uncapped Commission ($200–$300+ and performance-driven upside)

What You’ll Own

High-volume outbound outreach to business decision-makers

Full-cycle responsibility: prospecting, pitching, objection handling, and closing deals

Building and managing your own pipeline

Turning conversations into revenue — consistently

Who You Are

- Proven SDR / BDR / outbound sales experience

- Closer mentality — you don’t wait for deals, you create them

- Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills

- Fluent, confident English (you can control a sales conversation)

- Highly competitive, disciplined, and self-motivated

- Comfortable being measured by performance — not effort

Requirements

- Latin America candidates only

- Fluent English required (you will be speaking with U.S. clients daily)

Compensation

$5.00 – $6.00 USD/hour base

- Uncapped commission ($200–$300+ monthly minimum potential — top performers earn significantly more)
