About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and driven SDR to help build our fundraise pipeline through outbound and inbound efforts.

This role is focused on identifying opportunities, reaching out to organizations, and generating new business conversations. You’ll play a key role in growing this channel and shaping how we approach the market.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect youth sports organizations across the U.S. (clubs, leagues, associations)
- Build pipeline through cold calling, email, and Facebook outreach.
- Identify decision-makers and generate new opportunities
- Qualify prospects and book demos
- Test messaging and improve outreach performance
- Maintain CRM and track activity
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3+ years in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales
- Strong experience with cold outreach (calls, email)
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and book meetings
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- High level of ownership and accountability

Nice to Have
- Experience selling to U.S. market
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoominfo, etc.)

- Compensation: $1,500 ~ USD/month + commission
