Job Summary

Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping organizations improve risk and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound channels including emails, LinkedIn and calls to set up appointments and free trials.
  • Present and demonstrate Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’ solutions to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory landscape

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling risk management, compliance, or financial services software
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management concepts
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes
