We seek an analytical and collaborative individual to provide key financial support to our sales organization. Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other Finance teams to oversee product and service performance, providing financial guidance to optimally drive revenue and margin growth.

Description
You will be an integral partner to the Sales Finance team, building and running critical business initiatives. Collaborating extensively across Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)'s functional, Geo, and Worldwide teams, you will ensure alignment with corporate strategy and goals.","responsibilities":"Analyze demand trends, provide executive updates, and contribute to strategic business planning.
Partner with sales leaders to define business strategy, set annual unit/revenue goals, provide forecasts, and optimize sales coverage.
Identify automation opportunities and develop robust analytics tools and dashboards to enhance efficiency and insights for the Sales Finance team.
Develop and maintain reporting and analytical models to evaluate performance and fulfill data requests.
Design, execute, and measure the effectiveness and ROI of demand generation sales programs.
Provide insightful and actionable analysis to drive enhanced sales performance across all lines of business in the Brazilian market.
Monitor and control Operational Expenses, ensuring budget alignment and proper reporting to headquarters.
Collaborate with Sales and Reseller Partners to optimize partner P&L and Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)'s Return on Investment (ROI) through initiatives like returns policy, back margin, price protection, demand generation, and POS expansion.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms
Self-starter with curiosity, seeking creative solutions and continuous learning
Experience navigating tax exemptions/benefits and analyzing efficiencies
Understanding of consumer financing models
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive results in a matrixed organization
Detail-oriented, highly motivated, organized, and skilled in managing multiple projects with strong prioritization
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical results clearly
MBA in a related field
Experience in SQL/Tableau

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a fast paced, high growth environment in a Sales Finance role (or similar)
Proven ability to conduct complex, data-driven financial and business analysis
Advanced financial modeling and spreadsheet skills
Expertise in Excel
Proficiency with presentation tools (e.g., Keynote)
Fluency in English
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience
