Are you looking to kick-start your career in Sales and make a real impact on young people’s futures?
EF Language Abroad is looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Intern who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our mission of connecting students with transformative international experiences!
As a Sales Intern in our São Paulo’s office, you’ll help promote our language programs abroad and support potential customers throughout their decision-making journey. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales by answering inquiries, joining events, and connecting with students via phone, meetings, social media, and online (no cold calling!).
It’s a great opportunity to develop your sales and communication skills in a dynamic, international environment.
Your main responsibilities are:
Offer and sell our programs connecting to our customers through phone, whatsapp & emails (This is not "cold calling")
Reach weekly and monthly sales targets and other predefined KPIs
Provide excellent sales service and support
Participate in events that build brand awareness and increase customer interest
Manage our customer database to increase sales
Work and perform in a ‘global’ organization with energetic colleagues
Weekend shifts are occasionally required
Reach daily calls KPI
Requirements:
Very organized, achiever and driven profile.
Experienced traveler.
Ability to create valuable interpersonal relationships.
Structured and clear communication capacity.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as to drive and motivate others.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, business administration or a related discipline, to be conclude until the end of 2026.
Fluency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English is mandatory.
