Position: Sales Manager – Go-to-Market
Description:
- Responsible for leading the commercial operation and driving new business development;
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy, ensuring effective market penetration and revenue growth;
- Ability to work and prospect in a fast-paced, multitasking environment;
- Direct interaction with clients (phone, email, social media and in-person meetings);
- Conduct negotiations and close commercial agreements;
- Identify business needs and translate them into commercial opportunities and solutions;
- Manage and expand a portfolio of accounts within the assigned region;
- Lead, develop and motivate the sales team, ensuring performance and target achievement;
- Monitor KPIs and sales performance, driving data-based decisions.
Profile:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in prospecting, negotiation and closing new business;
- Previous experience in sales leadership or team management;
- Experience defining or executing go-to-market strategies;
- Results-oriented and analytical mindset;
- Availability to travel;
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced English (mandatory);
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
