DESCRIPTION

As a Sr Sales Manager - New Business (Account Executive- Hunter) at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados), you will drive early‑stage pipeline growth through strategic prospecting, discovery, and qualification of high‑potential opportunities. You will collaborate closely with Sales Executives and technical teams to ensure smooth opportunity handover and development. This role is essential to expanding Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s market presence, strengthening partnerships, and positioning the company competitively across key verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead outbound prospecting efforts and identify high‑potential prospects across prioritized verticals and markets.

Conduct strategic discovery conversations to qualify opportunities and assess business fit.

Build and nurture early‑stage relationships that enable strong long‑term partnerships.

Map key stakeholders and tailor value‑driven messaging to position Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) competitively.

Use CRM and sales enablement tools to track pipeline progression, streamline outreach, and ensure pipeline discipline.

Collaborate with Sales Executives, Solutions Engineers, and cross‑functional partners to transition and mature qualified opportunities.

Stay ahead of industry, product, and vertical trends to identify new market opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in the field.

Proven track record in sales management or new business roles, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Advanced analytical and strategic skills, with experience using data to prioritize and forecast pipeline .

Deep understanding of the sales process, customer discovery, and competitive market dynamics.

Intermediate English.

Based in São Paulo.
