We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our Commercial Team and drive business growth within the low-risk segment.
This role is focused on hunting new business opportunities, building strong merchant relationships, and expanding our presence across strategic markets. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored payment solutions and support long-term client success.
What you’ll do
Drive new business growth within the low-risk segment through active prospecting and merchant acquisition
Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing
Build and maintain a strong pipeline, using CRM tools to manage opportunities and track performance
Develop strategic relationships with merchants and leverage industry networks to generate new opportunities
Understand client needs and propose tailored payment solutions aligned with business goals
Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Product, Compliance, and Account Management to ensure smooth onboarding
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the low-risk segment
Report on pipeline performance, forecasts, and key sales metrics
What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
At least 2 recent years of experience working specifically with low-risk merchants
Proven experience in hunting, prospecting, and closing new business
Strong knowledge of sales processes and pipeline management
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus)
Strong commercial mindset and results-driven approach
Previous experience in payments, fintech, or related industries
Advanced English skills (mandatory)
Spanish is a plus
