As a Sales Ops Sr. Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our commercial teams. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and the global strategy department to define and execute key business objectives. Your focus will be on analyzing market trends, setting ambitious yet achievable targets, and building strong relationships with the sales team to ensure continuous growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that demands a combination of data-driven decision-making, innovative thinking, and leadership skills to foster a culture of performance excellence.
Role Responsibilities:- Analytics: Leverage internal and external data to support smarter operational and commercial decisions.
- Innovation: Actively seek, identify, and develop innovative opportunities to drive growth and improve operational efficiency across our business.
- Target Setting: Understand business priorities and translate them into clear, measurable sales targets aligned with overall strategic goals.
- Interpersonal Relationships: Work closely with the sales team, fostering strong relationships, supporting daily operations, and promoting a continuous improvement mindset.
- Results Monitoring and Reporting: Design, track, and communicate performance indicators to ensure transparency, identify gaps, and guide decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration or similar field.
- 5-7+ years of experience doing business analysis and managing projects across business;
- Ability to create measurable goals, break down into actions with proper accountable;
- Demonstrated ability to earn trust, effectively communicate, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and senior leadership;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, and a data-driven analytical approach;
- Exceptional skills in problem solving, analytical thinking and communication;
- Demonstrated record of positively owning and leading initiatives and projects at your organization;
- Advanced level of English;
- Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and intermediate of SQL;
- Previous experience in commercial planning will be a plus.
