Future Learning (FL) is a fully accredited and leading English language school located in Ireland. We offer a range of innovative products including Summer Schools, Mini-stays, High School Programmes, Year round Adults and Teacher Training courses. Our headquarters are located in Ireland’s capital city, Dublin and our second year round school centre is located in the traditional and scenic Irish midlands town of Athlone. We also have summer schools in the UK.
We are currently looking to expand our international sales team and are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, experienced and confident Regional Business Developer to take charge of our Brazilian Clients and assist with some surrounding countries whilst being based in Brazil.
As an Brazilian Business Developer you will work In international sales and be a high energy, confident sales person driven to achieve projected sales targets through all channels for all markets. Instructed by the Sales Manager, your task will be to retain and develop existing clients, secure new customers and routes to market while supporting the development of new and innovative Future Learning projects. The type of person that will be successful in this role is someone who is creative, energetic, positive, detailed, fun and a team player. Being organised and driven with close attention to detail is also key to the success in this role.
● Monthly Service fee of R$4,355 for a part-time schedule (20 hours) depending on experience + sales commission.

Brazilian working hours apply to this role, but due to the nature of sales work there will be times when you need to travel overseas and work additional hours or weekends eg. attending trade shows and events.
Key Responsibilities:
● Drive repeat sales through B2B and B2C relationships/networks
● Deliver new sales opportunities through a combination of additional relationships, additional routes to market and creative product mix opportunities
● Ensure all sales opportunities are entered into CRM system
● Monitor leads, opportunities and pipelines through appropriate use and maintenance of CRM system
● Respond to all leads and enquiries, prioritising effectively.
● Liaise closely with other departments at Future Learning regarding new business proposals to ensure deliverability and profitability
● Agree and achieve specific sales targets for new Future Learning centres. Champion new centres both internally and externally
● Help identify in country opportunities for Future Learning as they arise
● Attend external events, conferences, exhibitions and workshops in your area
● Travel as required visiting current and prospective clients in the region assigned
● Maintain an expert and up to date knowledge of the international market, monitoring trends & competitor activity and reporting on market intelligence
● Achievement of annual sales targets and agreed KPIs
● Provide progress reports and sales statistics to directors as required
● Develop an effective network to provide market intelligence and access to new business opportunities
● Maintain in-depth product knowledge of Future Learnings programmes
● Manage and develop key accounts
● Effectively manage customer expectations
● Contribute to weekly sales team meeting and other discussions regarding the strategic planning of the company
● Develop the FL brand in additional EU countries when required
● Help with the translation, design & production of marketing materials for the sales team in Spanish
Key Goals:
● Identify new sales agents and partners in your market region Brazil and additional regions when requested.
● Enhance relationships with existing agents, partners and suppliers.
● Successfully achieve your assigned sales targets and be a team player.
● Use customer feedback to identify potential for improvement in the camps’ portfolio
● Help develop our direct and agent bookings within our adult and young learner sector.
Requirements
● Based in São Paulo, Brazil and able to meet clients there.
● Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing, Tourism or a related area.
● Fluent Portuguese and English language speaker with excellent written communication skills, other languages are desirable, another language is a plus (i.e. Spanish, French or German).
● At least 2 years of experience in the International Language Education Industry.
● Background in account management, relationship management, sales or marketing.
● Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate flexibly across levels of seniority.
● Experience working with people from different cultures, countries and English language levels.
● Excellent I.T. skills.
● Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
● Ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
● High level of attention to detail and accuracy of work.
● Comfortable working with numbers, financials and spreadsheets.
● Ability to work flexibly and dynamically in an enterprising environment.
● Customer focused, with a professional and presentable manner.
● Committed to project completion.
● Travel is a core requirement in this sales role.
● A strong familiarity with Ireland as a destination for language learners or eagerness to learn about Irish people, culture and traditions.
● Driving licence is desirable.
● Experience with digital marketing & CRM systems.
