What You'll Do
The Sales Strategy amp; Operations Analyst supports the sales organization, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. They are a trusted advisor for senior sales leaders, focusing on improving productivity, analyzing performance metrics, supporting key strategic initiatives and annual planning. The role blends analytical insight, business acumen, and strong cross-functional partnership with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales Strategy and Operations.
Responsibility
- Support the strategy and ops team and sales organization on critical strategic, organizational and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity and operational efficiency
- Analyze and determine key insights from key business drivers, trends and operating metrics
- Translate data into insights, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and supporting the development of final recommendation sales leadership and the broader strategy amp; ops organization
- Support annual strategic planning process that defines the GTM strategy, segmentation, headcount, and quotas
- Lead run-the-business work streams such as forecasting, QBRs, ad hoc analysis requests, and dashboarding

What You Bring
Basic
- 2+ years of experience in sales strategy, consulting, investment banking, or related strategy and operations fields
- Experience with technical tools such as SQL/Snowflake, Salesforce CRM, and Excel/Sheets
Preferred
- Experience with Tableau
- Experience in B2B sales (especially SaaS)
- Strong analytical skills; proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate data into actionable insights
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, make effective decisions with incomplete information, and manage complex projects
- Proven diplomacy, integrity, negotiation skills, and bias for action with a results-driven mindset
