Intern, Sales Support
ADVANTAGES OF TAKING THIS INTERNSHIP
Gain experience in fundamentals of order management and customer service flows.
Hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce.
Interaction with sales, logistics, and customer support teams.
Development of basic analytical and professional skills.
INTERN’S ROLE
Support simple analyses to identify delays and backlogs.
Support order follow-up and status monitoring in SAP and internal systems.
Assist in basic order corrections (quantity, dates, pricing checks) under supervision.
Maintain and update Excel trackers related to orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
Help check part availability and delivery ETA using SAP reports.
PROFILE REQUIRED
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or
related fields.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Interest in sales operations, data analysis, or customer service.
English / Spanish (reading and writing). ( not mandatory )
