Location: São Leopoldo, RS (hybrid position)

  • Work in a global team
  • Communicate professionally and proactively with your co-workers in Customer Support
  • Assist the Customer Support team with operational tasks
  • Administrate and support internal staffing tools
  • Create and analyze staffing related reports

The customer support team provides technical support to internal and external customers via phone, e-mail, Web form, chat, and communities. They use knowledge-based tools to resolve issues - and escalate when needed.
