Responsibilities:
- Support the attainment and maintenance of partner tiers, competencies, and specializations across all strategic partners.
- Manage ongoing compliance requirements, including audits, certifications, and program renewals.
- Maintain accurate user access, certification tracking, and role assignments across partner portals (SAP for Me, ACE, MPC, PNH).
- Track and support partner insurance, legal, and compliance requirements.
- Support SAP partner track attainment and maintenance across:
- PE Build: CCAI
- PE Sell: US, Germany, UK
- PE Service: Group Partner Agreement
- Manage SAP Gold-level partner requirements and V2V/TI SAP Partner Program compliance.
- Oversee global pipeline reporting to SAP and ensure accurate LG tagging in SAP CRM.
- Track SAP sourced deals, partner TAP mapping with MU (formerly Topology reports), and subcontractor program requirements.
- Support RISE Validated Program activities and CC Flex registration/tracking.
- Manage SAP development funding requests and reporting.
- Oversee SAP for Me user management, certifications, and compliance.
- Support attainment and maintenance of AWS competencies, including:
- SAP Consulting
- Migration & Modernization Consulting
- Manage AWS partner program requirements for Premier Tier Services, MSP, Authorized Commercial Reseller, AWS Solution Provider, Public Sector Solution Provider, Marketplace Skilled Consulting Partner, and Backed by AWS Support.
- Oversee pipeline reporting and deal registration in the ACE portal.
- Track funding opportunities and submissions in the APN portal.
- Manage user access, roles, and certifications in ACE.
- Support attainment and maintenance of Microsoft partner programs, including ISD and SAP on Azure specialization.
- Manage pipeline reporting and deal registration in MPC.
- Track funding requests and approvals in the Supplier Portal and ECIF Central App.
- Maintain user access and certification tracking in MPC.
- Support attainment and maintenance of Google Cloud Services Select tier and partner competencies.
- Manage specialization tracks, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee pipeline reporting and deal registration in PNH.
- Track funding opportunities and submissions in PNH.
- Maintain user access and certification tracking in PNH.
- Track partner performance metrics, program requirements, and compliance status across all partner ecosystems.
- Prepare regular dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership and partner QBRs.
- Provide data and analysis to support joint business plans, GTM initiatives, and partner aligned service offerings.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, delivery, and finance to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with partner expectations.
- Assist Sales Leaders in managing relationships with key technology partners.
- Coordinate partner onboarding, documentation, and internal enablement.
- Represent in partner meetings, audits, and QBRs as needed.
- Stay informed on partner program changes, market trends, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, business development, or technology program operations.
- Strong understanding of cloud partner ecosystems (SAP, AWS, Microsoft, GCP).
- Experience with partner portals, deal registration systems, and certification management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and relationship building capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and compliance requirements simultaneously.
- SAP experience preferred; cloud partner program experience strongly preferred.

Pay: R$77,737.20 - R$105,275.81 per year
