Position: SAP PLM DMS Techno Functional
Location: Remote from Nearshore- LATAM (EST work hours)

Responsibilities:
- Technical and functional understanding of SAP S/4 HANA PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) business process and system architecture.
- Experience in SAP PLM end to end configuration worked in following areas:
- SAP PLM HANA
- SAP Fiori
- SAP Document Management System (DMS)
- SAP Bill of Materials (BOM) and Material Master
- SAP Engineering Change Management (ECM), Including the Engineering Record (ER)
- SAP Classification
- SAP Workflow
- Experience in setup and release of SAP PLM WebUI,
- Experience in Specification Management, Product Structure, Material Master
- Experienced with SAP Documents, Document Structure, Document Search, Document Distribution Version Management, Document Vaulting, Integrated Viewer Status Management, Document Conversion, Document workflow, Interfacing Table specification.
- Should be also versed with the integration aspects of SAP DMS applications with other core modules of SAP ECC.
- Experience in Administering and configuring the DMS content repository server.
- Experience in Administering SAP archive links.
- Experience with Open Text, Document-um will be an advantage.
- Setting up SAP Knowledge management, SAP content server, experienced with Metadata search & configuration and Integration with workflow configuration, TREX integration and Security associated with DMS implementation.
- Responsible for the setting up of the SAP DMS , structure for large scale enterprise. Integration process and installation SAP DMS application with other core module of SAP DMS .
- Knowledge of Content Server migration from ECC to S4 HANA is preferred.
- Should have worked with associated standard workflows across MM, QM and PM.
- Experience working on integration with 3rd party systems using Outbound and Inbound EDI messages, IDOCs error handling.
- Experience working with SAP PI/PO resources in integrating SAP with 3rd Party systems.
- Breadth of exposure in SAP Other modules – Consultant shall be able to provide new ideas and solution proposals on any business requirement.
- Experienced in the setup of archive link to support retention of POs and Invoices and other documents.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of SAP Techno-Functional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP PLM and DMS (configuration & customizing and preferably in related modules).
- Experience working with SAP S/4 HANA Implementation project.
- Understanding on SAP Best Practices and have knowledge in multiple modules, their integrations & technology
- Up-to date with SAP innovations.
- Certified in SAP S/4 HANA.
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Understanding the Business requirements AS-IS and TO-BE document.
- Leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate internal and external stakeholders.
- Should be proficient in conversation on various aspects of technology and architecture with business leads, IT leads.
- Work effectively in multiple time zones with global teams.
- Experience working in Agile methodology.
- Should be open to learn new products and take additional responsibilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication & documentation skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
