About the Role:
- We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the expansion of our U.S. operations. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. This is a strategic position with strong outbound focus, ideal for someone who is resilient, communicative, and results-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach;
- Identify and qualify potential clients based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP);
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team;
- Manage and maintain a consistent pipeline of leads in the CRM;
- Track interactions and follow up on opportunities;
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies;
- Test and optimize scripts, messaging, and prospecting approaches.
Qualifications:
- English Level C1 or C2 (mandatory) with strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, or in outbound sales roles;
- Proven experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting;
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce);
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads;
- Proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Experience selling IT services, software development, or tech solutions;
- Experience working with international clients or the U.S. market;
- Experience living, studying or working in the United States.
