About the Team
The Search Operations team is dedicated to enhancing search user experience, driving substantial DAU growth for the product, and boosting traffic as well as GMV.

Under the Search Operations team, our Recommendation & Traffic team oversees the day-to-day operation of trending events across global markets. As a content-driven platform, trends play a pivotal role in driving user engagement, consumption, and retention on Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados). Looking ahead, our long-term vision is to establish Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) as the go-to platform for discovering and engaging with trends, fostering a user mindset of "searching for trends on Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)."

It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance. This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying, hate speech, child safety, depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.

Responsibilities
  • Working in the Quality Assurance team to make sure key data delivery targets (e.g. productivity, efficiency, quality, latency) are met for projects under Search Recommendation & Trending.
  • Responsible for policy/guideline and SOP implementation and clarification to ensure better understanding and performance of moderation.
  • Work closely with POC and other stakeholders in order to provide feedback on data quality/SOP/policy/guideline and ensure overall success of projects.
  • Support training and go-live processes within the Search Recommendation team.
  • Responsible to look through moderation performance and weekly report writing. Conclude RCA whenever needed.
  • Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including cross functional teams based in Spanish-speaking regions. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings that are conducted in Spanish as well as corresponding in chat or emails.
  • Strong text editing ability is required, along with the capacity to edit 5,000–8,000 words daily while maintaining quality standards. Prior experience as a staff writer or editor for media outlets or websites is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge about Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) and search engines, familiar with social media platforms.
  • Good communication skills, experience in cross-team collaboration, eager to learn.
  • QA experience of moderation projects, familiarity with RCA methodology is a plus.
  • Willing to work with sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
