Overview

As operator of Securities Services Operations, you will be part of Corporate Bank Operations, Americas Branch. You will be responsible for the completion of day-to-day activity of custody, settlement and asset services as per standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. Ensuring adherence to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs, you will make sure all first level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the time frames pre-specified.

What You’ll Do

• Contracts workflow for all products offered by Brazil branch
• Monthly validation of statements sent to clients
• Generate End of Month reports from each product legacy system
• Preparation of Audit confirmation letters
• Control the requests of Judge or Policies to manage the deadlines and different steps of the process according to the ad hoc demand.
• Daily Reconciliations & Quality Assurance activities
• Incident Reporting & Escalation
• Act on Incidents/Problem Management/CTB initiatives / BoW (Regulatory, Audit, Essential Maintenance and Discretionary), participating from business requirements stage until UAT Testing and rollout to Production Environment

Skills You’ll Need

• On-going bachelor’s degree studies, preferably in Business, Economics or Engineering
• Advanced in English
• Advanced Excel, Power Point and Word skills
• Be willing to work on a team, be proactive and communicative.

• Open minded, able to share information, knowledge and expertise with peers & team members
• Able to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization
