The Segment Marketing Manager for Growth will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for their segments of responsibility, focusing on demand generation initiatives and marketing strategies that seamlessly integrate local market needs with the company's global strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of customer personas, the complete buying process, and key customer pain points to deliver powerful and differentiated selling propositions to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and Optimize Commercial Initiatives – Manage existing commercial initiatives to drive demand for the product and market, ensuring alignment with sales team objectives and market dynamics.
- Measure and Adjust Strategy Performance – Measure the success of strategy implementation through KPIs and adjust tactics as needed to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaborate with Marketing peers, Marcom, Sales, Customer service, service and operations teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with market needs and contribute to the overall effectiveness of market strategies.
- Feed Market Intelligence to Global Strategy – Feed local major customer needs, product requirements, and market dynamics to the rest of the strategic product marketing organization for incorporation into the global strategy.
5+ years of business experience, with 3 years in experience marketing or customer-facing roles;
- Deep knowledge in products strategy, industry standards, and safety regulations;
- Analytical profile with strong business mindset;
- Technical sales process and/or customer facing role experience;
- Language: Spanish, Portuguese and English spoken and written (Proficiency)
- Work experience interacting with customers, sales and distributors.
- Demonstrated experience in demand generation and go-to-market strategy execution
Experience (preferred):
MS Office management and ERP systems;
- Excel proficiency and SAP ECC experience;
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or Account-Based Acceleration (ABA) experience;
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce);
- Background in strategic planning and value proposition development;
Education (required):
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration and/or Engineering.
- Project management, strategic planning, value proposition management
Education (preferred):
Marketing certification or professional qualification
- MBA in Marketing or related field
- Certifications in digital marketing, data analytics, or business intelligence
Travel:
10% to 25%
Budgetary Responsibility:
Responsible for marketing budget spend for respective Growth Group/Segment
Location: Querétaro, México or Diadema - São Paulo
