We are seeking an experienced Senior Android Developer to join our team.
In this role, you will contribute to the creation of innovative mobile solutions and collaborate with talented professionals in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that drive user engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and build Android applications with a focus on usability and performance
- Collaborate with team members to define project requirements and deliverables
- Implement robust UI components and ensure seamless user experiences
- Optimize applications for speed, efficiency, and reliability
- Integrate third-party libraries and services to enhance app functionality
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Work within Agile development processes to deliver high-quality software
- Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing across the team
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Android development
- Expertise in Java, Android app components, UI frameworks, developer tools, and workflows
- Strong understanding of Android design patterns, coding conventions, Google’s Design Guidelines, and Google Play Developer Program Policies
- Solid grasp of networking, local data caching, and multitasking on Android platforms
- Experience integrating third-party libraries and external services
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development
- Leadership skills and ability to collaborate with both local and remote teams
- Excellent English communication skills at B2+ level or higher, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Experience developing for other mobile platforms such as Swift for iOS
- Skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for cross-platform or hybrid app development
