We are hiring a Portuguese-speaking Lead Infrastructure Integration Engineer to coordinate IT infrastructure integration for M&A while protecting security and compliance. You will run discovery, build target-state plans across key domains, and manage governance, risks, and TSA activities—apply today.
Responsibilities
- Drive infrastructure workstreams for M&A integrations from Day 1 preparation through post-close stabilization
- Set and manage infrastructure integration approaches, including roadmaps, milestones, TSA considerations, and rollback options
- Run discovery activities and assess current environments; define target-state architecture and integration method
- Collaborate with Network & Connectivity (WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, segmentation), Identity & Access (AD/Azure AD/Entra, SSO/MFA, IAM, privileged access), Messaging & Collaboration (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace migrations), Endpoint & Device Management (Intune/SCCM/MDM, patching, encryption), Server/Cloud Platforms (Windows/Linux, virtualization, AWS/Azure/GCP), and ITSM & Monitoring (ServiceNow, CMDB, logging/observability) teams
- Ensure integration delivery follows security, compliance, and risk management requirements (data protection, access controls, audits)
- Partner with application, security, workplace, and business stakeholders and engage vendors or managed service providers when needed
- Maintain transparent progress, risk, and issue reporting for program leadership and executives
- Manage resource planning and budget oversight for integration efforts
- Develop documentation and operational runbooks to support handover into steady-state operations
Requirements
- Extensive background with 5+ years in IT infrastructure positions, including 1+ years owning complex initiatives across multiple domains
- Track record delivering M&A infrastructure integration or similar enterprise integration/migration programs
- Deep knowledge of networking, identity (AD/Azure AD/SSO), and endpoint tooling (Intune/SCCM/MDM), plus exposure to cloud/hybrid environments and foundational security concepts
- Capability to lead and motivate distributed teams through influence rather than formal authority
- Solid delivery skills across planning, governance, risk management, and contingency/rollback readiness
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor technical messages for non-technical stakeholders
- Practical experience with TSA planning and execution or divestiture separation work, alongside knowledge of Zero Trust and cloud migration frameworks
- English level B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) for speaking and writing
- Brazilian Portuguese level B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) for speaking and writing
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications including ITIL, PMP/Prince2, Azure/AWS, CCNA/CCNP, or security-focused credentials
