The Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/HRSD
In your daily routine, you will:
Lead the technical implementation of HRSD and define the team's development standards.
Optimize the performance of complex employee journeys and the Employee Center.
Act as the final escalation point for critical technical and security issues related to HRSD.
Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor Technical Managers and developers (Junior and Mid-level) on technical and security challenges.
Governance: Conduct code reviews and ensure the application of ServiceNow best practices.
Problem Solving: Lead the resolution of the most critical performance and security issues.
Required Qualifications
Intermediate English (Required) and Intermediate Spanish (Desirable).
HRSD Expertise: Performance optimization of portals and processes; proficiency in Performance Analytics for HR.
Platform Fundamentals: In-depth knowledge of platform architecture (Nodes, Schedulers, Events).
Advanced Scripting: Proficient in high-performance APIs (GlideSystem, GlideAggregate) and secure server-side scripting.
Process Automation: Strategic use of Flow Designer and IntegrationHub to optimize workflows.
Integrations: Building complex inbound/outbound integrations using OAuth and Script Processors.
