Business Consultant (SAP S4/HANA)

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant with extensive SAP S4/HANA expertise to join our Customer Business Team as part of a large-scale, global SAP S4/HANA rollout. In this role, you will drive process alignment, oversee regional readiness, and ensure a successful transformation within the Invoice to Pay (I2P) domain by collaborating with stakeholders, managing key testing and training sessions, and supporting hypercare and handovers to the operational team.

Responsibilities

• Promote the global vision for automated Invoice to Pay (I2P) processes, championing efficiency and the adoption of VIM features
• Contribute to improving Paid on Time performance through global process standardization, technology enhancements, and cross-functional partnership
• Lead requirements gathering and blueprinting sessions, identifying compliance gaps specific to regional legal and regulatory needs
• Approve functional specifications, with a particular focus on complex areas like invoice approval workflows, exception handling, and custom developments
• Plan and oversee robust User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure all critical business scenarios are validated
• Address functional, process, and integration risks impacting systems beyond the implementation partner’s scope in the region
• Ensure the creation and accuracy of internal documentation, including process flows, training materials, and support guides for operational transition
• Train regional end-users and stakeholders to secure seamless GoLive readiness
• Manage the transition to operational support, including stabilization, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Advocate for global end-users to ensure usability and adoption are prioritized alongside maintaining process integrity and technical feasibility

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business consulting roles with a focus on SAP S4/HANA and large-scale rollouts
• Expertise in Invoice to Pay processes, VIM features, and touchless invoice processing strategies
• Background in leading requirements gathering, solution design, and blueprinting for SAP implementations
• Skills in developing UAT plans, quality assurance, and mitigating functional and integration risks
• Capability to create thorough documentation for training and operational use
• Understanding of local legal and regulatory requirements within LATAM regions
• Flexibility to drive business process adoption and facilitate technology optimizations
• Certification in SAP S4/HANA
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
