About the Position
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Brand Designer to join our marketing team. As a technical B2B company, we need someone who understands how to communicate complex ideas visually, shaping and evolving our brand identity to resonate with developers, enterprise customers, and industry leaders. You will be key in crafting compelling brand experiences across digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency while driving engagement and awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s brand identity, ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual presence across all channels.
- Website UX: Lead the research, information architecture, user journeys, and responsive UX for Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s website — ensuring clarity, findability, and conversion across funnel stages.
- Visual Design & Prototyping: Deliver high-fidelity page designs and interactive prototypes in Figma that establish visual hierarchy, brand consistency, and clear conversion paths.
- Design assets for events, presentations, websites, whitepapers, blogs, digital ads, and marketing campaigns, maintaining high design excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing, product, content, and demand generation teams to create impactful visual storytelling.
- Oversee the design and execution of branded materials for industry conferences, webinars, and customer events.
- Work with external agencies and freelancers when needed to scale design efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in brand design, ideally within a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, digital campaigns, event design, and presentation design.
- Expert-level Figma skills: component-driven design, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and documentation of patterns.
- Strong UX foundations: information architecture, interaction design, responsive layouts, and user research methods.
- Experience designing for web, digital advertising, events and social media.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into visually engaging designs.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketers, developers, and external vendors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- A self-starter with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in motion design and video editing is a plus.
