If you are an ambitious B2B sales professional who enjoys building relationships with enterprise clients and closing strategic deals, we would love to meet you.

What you will do

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the Brazilian market by identifying decision-makers, conducting meetings, and closing deals.

  • Understand clients’ critical needs, challenge traditional learning approaches, and present the business impact Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) can generate.

  • Build business cases that clearly demonstrate the ROI of our solutions.

  • Develop and maintain consultative relationships with managers, directors, and C-level executives.

  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to secure large opportunities.

  • Represent Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) at industry events and trade shows, as well as conduct client visits.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in SaaS and international markets is a plus).

  • Ability to build trusted relationships across different organizational levels, including C-level executives.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and results-driven mindset.

  • Experience or interest in Training, e-learning, or HR is a plus.

  • Active presence in professional networks such as LinkedIn.

  • English – minimum B2 level.

  • Fluency in Portuguese.
