We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer based in the APAC region (preferably Malaysia, the Philippines, or nearby) to work as a strategic technical advisor for enterprise accounts. You will drive successful onboarding and adoption of PAM solutions, deliver tailored architecture recommendations, and support our customers in complex, security-critical environments.
This is a remote position for professionals seeking a contractor opportunity while working with global clients.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients;
- Lead advanced consulting-based onboarding for PAM initiatives;
- Understand client business drivers, risk landscape, and security goals;
- Propose customized PAM architecture recommendations;
- Perform strategic health checks to evaluate PAM performance and alignment;
- Support technical exception cases and proofs-of-concept (POCs);
- Mentor and support the growth of fellow Customer Success Engineers.
Requirements (Must Have):
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related fields;
- 6 to 9 years of experience in infrastructure, cybersecurity, security architecture, or technical consulting;
- Experience in networks, Linux, virtualization (VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-V), and information security;
- Fluent English (mandatory) — written and spoken;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements (Nice to Have):
- Security+ or ISO 27001 Foundation certification;
- Knowledge of cloud security (certifications in AWS, Azure, etc.);
- Familiarity with IAM, SIEM, and risk-based security frameworks;
- Experience with PAM, cloud and hybrid architectures, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
