Job Description:
This position maintains an ongoing, positive relationship with customers through regular proactive and reactive correspondence. He/She resolves customer problems and complaints – many of which require researching the root cause and working with groConfidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) to develop corrective action plans where trends exist. This position performs other tasks as requested.
