As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados), you will:

Main activities:

  • SEO & Local SEO (GEO) Support: Lead the development of advanced SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies. You will conduct deep-dive technical audits and define the roadmap for organic dominance in an AI-first search world.

  • Advanced PPC Management: Take full ownership of high-budget, complex campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. You are responsible for high-level bid strategies, audience architecture, and maximizing ROAS/CPA targets.

  • Advanced Analytics & Business Intelligence: Architect custom tracking solutions in GA4 and build sophisticated Looker Studio dashboards that provide a "single source of truth" for client business health.

Secondary activities:

  • Content & Brand Strategy: Oversee the content funnel, ensuring that high-quality storytelling aligns with technical performance goals and brand positioning.

  • Process Innovation & Automation: Lead the internal charge for AI adoption. You will design and implement automation scripts and AI prompts to optimize campaign management and reporting.

  • Strategic Client Partnership: Act as a lead consultant for key accounts, proactively identifying upsell opportunities and solving complex challenges through marketing.

  • Budget & Resource Planning: Own the allocation and forecasting of client budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency and alignment with business KPIs.

  • Strategic Marketing Mastery: You have 6+ years of experience managing complex, multi-channel ecosystems (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email, and Automation). You don't just "jump between channels"; you orchestrate them to drive high-level business growth.

  • Industry Leadership: You have a proven track record of managing high-stakes stakeholders and can pivot strategies for diverse industries with minimal context, anticipating market shifts before they happen.

  • Technical Authority: Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Looker Studio. You don't just extract insights; you build advanced measurement frameworks and attribution models.

  • AI Evangelist: You are a power user of emerging AI marketing tools. You don't just have an "interest"; you have a portfolio of AI-driven workflows that have measurably scaled productivity or campaign performance.

  • Mentorship & Ownership: You are a self-starter who takes full ownership of projects. You thrive on mentoring junior team members and raising the bar for the entire team's strategic output.

  • Consultative Communication: Exceptional English skills with the ability to translate "data noise" into executive-level narratives that influence client budgets and long-term roadmaps.

  • Must-Have: Senior level certifications (Google Search Ads Professional, GA4 Individual Qualification) and a deep understanding of the full marketing funnel.
