PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
- Global Delivery Hub Americas SCM within Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Customer Engagement & Adoption provides expertise in applications and technology areas to deliver amazing customer experience by bringing competence in what we do, commitment in how we deliver and character in how we lead.
- Our methodology is to engage proactively with our customers and to live a long-term engagement build on trust and respect. Our work is based on a holistic understanding of our customers’ business and a strong relationship to jointly improve IT & business operations and accelerate adoption of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Solutions, delivering end-to-end services including Max Success Plan, MaxAttention
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- As Senior Business Consultant for SCM Execution, you will analyze Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Solutions like Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) EWM of our global customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. You have the chance to design and optimize complex IT landscapes, on which our largest customers run their businesses. Your area of responsibility will extend to deep technology root cause analysis and introduction of best practices for operations at complex Process Industries
- As our customers are global players and communication with our colleagues all over the world is daily business, very good English language skills are a must.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 5+ years of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Consulting experience
- You have wide experience with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) EWM 9.X and Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) EWM Embedded in S/4HANA, knowledge of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Stock Room Management is highly desired.
- Be familiar with main integrations with S/4HANA SD, S/4HANA MM, S/4HANA PP and S/4HANA TM.
- Formal Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) certification in a related application area is a plus
- ABAP development and debugging skills a plus
- Analyze highly complex business processes including root cause analysis and optimization in heterogeneous system landscapes.
- Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
- Analyze design and implementation approaches in the solution areas mentioned above.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- You have a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Logistics Management, or Business Information Systems/Computer.
- You are willing to travel worldwide (30%)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- You enjoy working in an international team
- You have passion for technology and architecture knowledge about Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) SCM Solutions
