What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality games using Unity or Unreal Engine
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in C#, C++, or similar languages
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and product teams to deliver engaging gameplay experiences
- Optimize game performance across mobile, desktop, and web platforms
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical roadmaps
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in game development or interactive software
- Strong proficiency in Unity or Unreal Engine
- Solid programming skills in C#, C++, or similar
- Experience with multiplayer systems, APIs, or backend integration is a plus
- Strong understanding of game physics, UI systems, and performance optimization
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with mobile game publishing
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Background in 3D graphics, animation, or shaders
