Are you ready to build end-to-end solutions that make an impact?

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable Java web applications using Quarkus or Spring Boot
  • Design, implement, and maintain microservice-based architectures
  • Ensure seamless integration between system components using Kafka
  • Build and manage databases with technologies such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB
  • Work within a Domain-Driven Design (DDD) approach to model complex systems
  • Deploy applications using container orchestration platforms like OpenShift or Kubernetes
  • Design and orchestrate business workflows using the Temporal workflow engine
  • Integrate backend services with AI components, including Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain/LangGraph, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions and decision-making


Required Technical & Professional Expertise

  • A completed technical university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Java for server-side application development
  • Experience in building and deploying microservices and RESTful APIs using Quarkus / Spring Boot
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka for real-time data processing and communication
  • Hands-on experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB
  • Familiarity with container orchestration tools like OpenShift and/or Kubernetes
  • Practical experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) concepts
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with modern Python ecosystems.
  • Understanding of LLM concepts and practical experience integrating them into enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with LangChain / LangGraph frameworks used to build AI-driven workflows.
  • Experience designing or implementing RAG architectures to enhance AI-powered data retrieval.
